We ship every order with care. Here's everything you need to know about how long it takes and what it costs.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM local time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
Domestic shipping (United States)

International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7โ21 business days depending on destination and customs. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Important: Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them in advance. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking number to the email address you provided. If you haven't seen a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us at [email protected] with your order reference.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your package shows delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or your front desk.
- Wait 24 hours โ carriers sometimes mark items "delivered" prematurely.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number to open a trace.
- If still missing, email us within 14 days of the delivered date and we'll do our best to help.
Address changes and order cancellations
If you need to change a shipping address or cancel an order, email [email protected] within 1 hour of placing the order. After 1 hour we generally cannot make changes because the order has entered fulfillment.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your shipment as soon as you receive it. If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Restricted destinations
We currently do not ship to PO boxes for expedited or express services. Some products may be restricted for export to certain countries. If we cannot ship to your destination, we'll cancel the order and issue a full refund.
