We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right โ€” fast.

Our 30-day return policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. Within one business day, we'll reply with a return authorization (RA) number and the return address.
  3. Pack the items securely. Include the RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the return using a carrier of your choice. We recommend tracked shipping.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 3โ€“5 business days.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once issued, the refund typically appears on your statement within 5โ€“10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.

Return shipping costs

  • Customer error (changed mind, wrong size, didn't like it) โ€” customer pays return shipping.
  • Our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, defective) โ€” we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the size or color you want, and return the original for a refund. This way you don't have to wait for the return to be processed before receiving the replacement.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund โ€” your choice.

What we can't accept

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened intimate apparel, swimwear, or socks.
  • Opened personal care, skincare, fragrance, or cosmetic items.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items not in original condition or missing tags, accessories, or packaging.
  • Gift cards.

Late returns

Returns received between 30 and 45 days after delivery may be accepted at our discretion as store credit. Returns received after 45 days are not accepted.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund as long as it has not yet shipped. Email [email protected] within 1 hour of placing the order to request a cancellation. After it ships, follow the return process above.
